Account Registration

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Trials

SBS may offer paid subscriptions and trial periods. Trial and subscription terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the payment provider’s process.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use SBS for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.

Business, Financial, and AI Tools

SBS may include business, finance, accounting, productivity, and AI assisted tools. These tools are provided for business organization and decision support. They do not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or business advice.

Intellectual Property

SBS, its design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Selenne Strategies or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the platform without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

SBS is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Selenne Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
